Till 31 Dec 2015, Ercan has a task as an Executive Office member and responsible for the complete hotel operation as Director of Operations for Rixos Bab Al Bahr is an ultra all inclusive resort located in UAE part of the Rixos hotel management group
Prior to his ascent as Entertainment & Leisure Operations Director of Rixos Hotels Properties , Ercan is a natural presenter and Master of Ceremony and Concept Developer With in 6 Pre –Opening , 2 Re-Opening . Ercan created For the last 10 years being with Rixos as a , achieving several concepts such as: JLO Official After Party Dubai Events , FTV Dubai Events , Fashion Blue Dubai Events , `Golden Orange` Mediterranean movie awards Events , Alara Show Centre Project , Star Days Concert Series Organisation, White X-Beach and Lounge Pre Opening ` Winner for `Best Urban Night` and Shortlist for `Best New Club` in Time Out Dubai Nightlife Awards 2012` , Entertainment Square Project , Rixy kids passport concept , May Fest.concept , Beauty contest organization , Song contest organization , Vip piers Luxury Lifestyle project , upgraded and revamped the entire uniform line for our the Rixos Resort hotels leisure operation team, Holiday Check 2011 Mediterranean Region Best Hotel In ` Entertainment and Events ` award as Rixos Hotel Sungate.
Till graduating from prestigious Aegean University-İzmir , Physical Education & Sports Faculty, Teaching and Instruction Department in 2000 Previously Ercan Eliacik were Participated as an Entertainer and organiser in over 50 large and worldwide organizations such as Adidas Streetball organization Turkey, Beirut, Dubai Middle East Finals ,italy world finals , Fanta Beach Volley World cup , Coca Cola Company , Efes Pilsen , Promotional Events and Sales Meeting , Basketball & Volleyball 1.Division of Turkish League entertainment Organization .
After Ercan Eliacik while still were profesional sportsmen as Team Member of the National Sports Aerobic Team-TURKEY (highest achievement : 3th Place Balkans Championship 2000, 5th Place World Cup, in Bulgaria-Sofia 2003) and enter the hospitality business as a Entertainment & Leasure Operation Director in resort hotels such as Club Lykia World – Ölüdeniz , Armonia Club – Bodrum , Kervansaray Bodrum Resort Hotel , WOW Hotels , ELA Quality Resort –Belek , Adam Eve Hotel - BELEK , Khan Shatyr Shopping & Entertainment Center – Astana and RIXOS Hotels Chain
